Every way to reach a customer, from one account

Most businesses start with one channel and add more as they grow. With us, SMS, email, voice and WhatsApp all run from the same panel and the same wallet, so you never juggle four vendors and four invoices.

Transactional SMS

Send order confirmations, payment receipts, delivery updates and account alerts that reach every customer, including numbers on the DND list. Transactional routes run around the clock, so a message triggered at midnight lands at midnight.

  • Delivered to DND and non-DND numbers
  • Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Your own six-letter brand sender ID

Promotional SMS

Announce a sale, a new branch, a festive offer or an event to thousands of customers in minutes. Upload your list, pick a template, schedule the campaign and watch the delivery report fill in live.

  • Campaign scheduling and list management
  • Automatic filtering of DND numbers
  • Click tracking with short links

OTP SMS

One-time passwords need to arrive in seconds or customers give up. Our OTP route is built for login, signup and payment verification, with priority delivery and high uptime.

Reach customers who don't read texts with a recorded voice message in their own language. Ideal for reminders, election campaigns, surveys and payment follow-ups.

Why businesses choose Global SMS Service

Sending a message is easy. Making sure it arrives, on time, from a name your customer trusts, at a price that makes sense, is the part we focus on.

Fast, direct routes

Messages travel through direct operator connections instead of long chains of resellers. That means fewer hops, faster delivery and fewer messages lost along the way.

Honest delivery reports

You see the real status of every number: delivered, failed or pending, with the operator's reason for each failure. No inflated numbers, no guesswork.

Clear, affordable pricing

Pay only for the messages you send. Volume discounts start early, and there are no setup fees, hidden charges or surprise deductions from your balance.

DLT help from real people

Registration, headers and templates confuse most first-time senders. Our team handles the paperwork with you and rewrites templates so they get approved quickly.

A panel anyone can use

Upload a list from Excel, write your message, preview the credit count and send. Your marketing team does not need technical help to run a campaign.

Support when you need it

Talk to a person on call, email or WhatsApp during working hours. When a campaign is urgent, we stay with you until the messages are out.

From sign-up to your first campaign

Getting started takes four simple steps. Most customers with existing DLT approvals send their first live campaign on the same day.

  1. Open your account

Share your business details and get login access to the panel with free test credits.

  2. Complete DLT setup

Register your entity, sender IDs and templates with our guidance, or link the approvals you already have.

  3. Add contacts and content

Upload your contact list, pick an approved template and personalise it with names or order numbers.

  4. Send and track

Send now or schedule for later, then follow delivery, clicks and replies in your live report.

A plain guide to DLT compliance

Since TRAI introduced Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) rules for commercial messaging, every business that sends SMS in India has to be registered. The rules exist to stop spam and fraud, and they work in your favour too: customers learn to trust messages that come from verified senders.

The process sounds technical, but it comes down to three approvals. Once they are in place, you rarely need to touch them again, except when you add a new template. Our team prepares the documents, suggests template wording and follows up with the operator until everything is approved.

Get help with DLT
  • Entity registration Your business registers once as a principal entity on an operator's DLT portal, using your GST, PAN or incorporation documents.
  • Header (sender ID) registration You register the names your messages will show, such as a six-letter brand header for alerts and OTPs.
  • Template approval Each message format is submitted with placeholders for variable parts, such as a name or an OTP, and approved before use.
  • Consent and preferences Promotional messages respect each customer's DND preferences, while service and transactional messages follow the consent rules for their category.

Built for the way your industry talks to customers

Every sector uses messaging differently. These are some of the ways our customers put SMS, email and voice to work every day.

E-commerce and retail

Order confirmations, shipping updates, cash-on-delivery checks and festive sale announcements.

Banking and finance

Transaction alerts, EMI reminders, loan status updates and secure OTP verification.

Healthcare

Appointment reminders, lab report alerts, vaccination schedules and health camp invites.

Education

Attendance alerts, fee reminders, exam schedules, results and admission notices for parents.

Real estate

Site visit invites, project launch updates, payment milestones and possession notices.

Travel and hospitality

Booking confirmations, check-in details, PNR updates and feedback requests after the stay.

Logistics

Pickup alerts, delivery windows, proof-of-delivery links and driver assignment updates.

Political and social campaigns

Voter outreach by SMS and voice call, rally updates and volunteer coordination.

Sending beyond India

Many of our customers have buyers, students or family audiences abroad, especially in the Gulf, the UK, the US and Southeast Asia. International SMS works differently from domestic messaging: sender ID rules, pricing and delivery speed change from country to country, and some countries only allow numeric senders.

For international traffic, we recommend working with a provider that specialises in global routes. SMSala, an international bulk SMS gateway, connects to mobile operators around the world and offers a single platform for worldwide delivery, which makes it a good fit for businesses whose customers are spread across many regions.

Tell us which countries you need to reach, and we will help you plan the right setup for your messages, sender ID and budget.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions we hear most from businesses starting out with bulk messaging. If yours isn't here, call or message us and we'll explain.

Ask a question
What is bulk SMS and how does it work?

Bulk SMS means sending the same or personalised text message to a large list of mobile numbers in one go. You upload your contacts or connect through our API, choose an approved sender ID and template, and our platform passes the messages to telecom operators through direct routes. Each message comes back with a delivery status, so you can see exactly which numbers received it and which did not.

What is the difference between transactional and promotional SMS?

Transactional SMS carries information a customer expects, such as OTPs, order confirmations, bank alerts and appointment reminders. It reaches every number, including those on the Do Not Disturb list, and can be sent at any time. Promotional SMS carries offers and marketing content. It is not delivered to DND numbers and can only be sent during the daytime window allowed by TRAI rules.

Do I need DLT registration to send SMS in India?

Yes. Every business sending commercial SMS in India must register as a principal entity on a DLT platform run by one of the telecom operators, register its sender IDs (headers) and get its message templates approved. It is a one-time process for the entity, and our team walks you through each step, from choosing the right header to writing templates that get approved on the first attempt.

How long does it take to start sending messages?

You can open an account and send test messages on the same day. Live sending depends on your DLT approvals. If your entity, headers and templates are already registered, you can go live within a few hours of account setup. If you are starting fresh, DLT registration and template approval usually take a few working days, depending on the operator.

Can I send SMS in Hindi, Marathi or other regional languages?

Yes. We support Unicode messages, so you can write in Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Urdu and other Indian languages. Keep in mind that a Unicode message holds fewer characters per SMS credit (70 instead of 160), so longer regional-language messages may use two or more credits. The panel shows the credit count before you send.

What is a sender ID and can I choose my own?

A sender ID, also called a header, is the name customers see at the top of your message, such as your brand name. For transactional and service messages you can register an alphabetic header of up to six characters that matches your business name. Promotional messages are sent from numeric headers assigned under DLT. We help you pick a header that is short, recognisable and likely to be approved.

How do I track whether my messages were delivered?

Every campaign has a live delivery report that shows sent, delivered, failed and pending counts, along with the reason for each failure. You can filter by date, campaign or number and export the report to Excel. If you send through the API, delivery status can also be pushed to your own system in real time through a callback URL.

Can I connect SMS to my website, app or CRM?

Yes. Our HTTP API lets any website, mobile app, billing software or CRM send messages with a single request. We share sample code for PHP, Python, Node.js and Java, and we offer ready integration help for WordPress and WooCommerce order alerts, so you can send order confirmations and OTPs without writing much code yourself.

Do SMS credits expire?

Credit validity depends on the plan you choose. Our standard packs carry long validity so that seasonal businesses do not lose unused credits, and larger plans can be topped up at any time. The exact validity is written on your invoice and shown in your panel, so there are no surprises later.

Is my contact data safe with you?

Your contact lists and message content belong to you. We never sell, share or reuse your data for any other purpose. Access to your panel is protected by login credentials, and you can delete uploaded lists whenever you want. For API users, we recommend restricting keys to your server IP addresses for an extra layer of protection.

How does bulk voice calling work?

You record a message or upload an audio file, choose your contact list and schedule the campaign. The system calls each number and plays your recording when the call is answered. You can add keypress options, such as pressing 1 to speak to your team, and see call reports showing answered, busy and unanswered calls along with listening duration.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. New accounts get free test credits so you can check delivery speed, try the panel and test the API on your own numbers before buying a plan. Contact us with your business name and the service you want to try, and we will set up your test account.
